According to the Comptroller of the PA House, Gary Day has taken nearly $100,000 in taxpayer-paid per diems ON TOP OF his taxpayer-paid salary! 

According to The Morning Call, Gary Day collects a special tax break that reduces his property taxes by 30%. Most people can't get this tax break and news reports show that regular taxpayers foot the bill for the costs of the tax break.
